Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Triage of work orders to ensure successful site visits;
* Making phone calls to customers and building managers to arrange access for meter technicians;
* Seeking technical clarification about work orders from field supervisors or QA teams as required;
* Accurate data entry in client systems and Excel sheets;
* Ensuring all work performed is in accordance with contractual requirements and company standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 12 months' experience in customer service, administrative, or technical support roles;
* Competencies in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook;
* Basic technical knowledge of electrical metering work (an advantage);
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
