Key Requirements
* Strong administration and time management skills with excellent communication abilities.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Experience working in an office-based or contact center environment with proficiency in managing calls and utilizing computer-based systems.
* Willingness to participate in continuous professional development and adapt to new technologies and processes.
* Tertiary qualification such as Counselling, Mental Health, Psychology, Youth Work, or Justice would be highly regarded but not essential.
As a Support Coordinator, you will be supported by an induction program and comprehensive training to develop your skills and confidence in delivering mental health support.
This is a Remote opportunity allowing you to work from home anywhere within Australia. You will be provided with technology equipment to set up your home office, including a private room, stable internet connection, and demonstrated IT skills.
