Support Coordinator Role

Delivering exceptional support to individuals in need is at the core of this Support Coordinator position.

As a vital member of our team, you will provide empathetic and professional phone and webchat support to those experiencing emotional distress, depression, and anxiety.

This role is ideal for someone with strong administration and time management skills who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can work effectively as part of a team and deliver high-quality support to our clients.

Key Requirements

* Strong administration and time management skills with excellent communication abilities.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Experience working in an office-based or contact center environment with proficiency in managing calls and utilizing computer-based systems.
* Willingness to participate in continuous professional development and adapt to new technologies and processes.
* Tertiary qualification such as Counselling, Mental Health, Psychology, Youth Work, or Justice would be highly regarded but not essential.

As a Support Coordinator, you will be supported by an induction program and comprehensive training to develop your skills and confidence in delivering mental health support.

This is a Remote opportunity allowing you to work from home anywhere within Australia. You will be provided with technology equipment to set up your home office, including a private room, stable internet connection, and demonstrated IT skills.
