About the Role:
The Executive Assistant Manager is a key position that requires strong leadership and organizational skills to support the General Manager across all facets of hotel operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring smooth running of the hotel.
* Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, guaranteeing exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards of quality.
* Revenue Performance: Participate in revenue meetings to set strategic targets for weekly and monthly revenue and rate goals.
* Financial Management: Collaborate with department heads to optimize budget creation, expenditure monitoring, and profitability target achievement.
* Team Collaboration: Foster effective working relationships among department heads (Front Office, Food & Beverage, Conferences & Events) to ensure seamless operations and consistent service delivery.
* Food Safety: Support the Kitchen and Food & Beverage teams in maintaining food safety standards.
* Conferences & Events: Strategize conference setups for success and encourage the Conferences & Events team to maximize revenue through targeted selling strategies.
* Staff Management: Manage staff rosters and approve timesheets to maintain optimal staffing levels while controlling costs.
