What you'll deliver with us
As our Senior Business Analyst, you'll contribute to the Retail Time and Attendance project, delivering enhanced functionality that enables our retail outlets to accurately record time and attendance across the extensive network supporting our Postal, Banking, Identity, and Consumer services.
This is a 2 year fixed term opportunity.
You'll also
* Assess business program and project needs, including process improvements, cost–benefit analysis, solution options, and development of business requirements.
* Identify business risks, issues, and dependencies that may affect solution development.
* Consult with business users to ensure their input is captured in project briefs, requirements, and process redesign.
* Create documentation that accurately reflects current processes, functionality, and operating procedures.
* Facilitate discussions between business teams and service providers to deliver practical and timely solutions.
About you
You're a confident, motivated, and highly curious self‐starter who can work autonomously to deliver strong project outcomes. You communicate clearly, produce high‐quality documentation, and engage effectively with stakeholders ranging from technical teams and architects to senior leaders. You bring strong stakeholder and time‐management skills, along with proven experience running workshops and presenting to business and management teams.
You'll also need
* Extensive experience working with UKG and Kronos platforms.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple end‐to‐end projects, demonstrating consistent achievement of outcomes across several engagements.
* Proven experience in working closely to manage external vendor and SI partner relationships.
* Exposure to a variety of delivery methods – hybrid, waterfall and agile.
