We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Pizza Store Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and maintain high standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
* Crafting unique customer experiences that exceed expectations
* Instilling a high-performance culture in the store, characterized by selling more pizza and having more fun
* Streamlining staff rostering for seamless teamwork
* Providing coaching and guidance to team members to develop their skills and knowledge
* Maintaining financial management best practices, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue boosters
* Elevating stock management through forecasting, data-driven decisions, replenishment, and supplier relationships
