About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically competent Electrical Hardware Engineer, looking to make their mark on some of the most high‑profile and strategically critical Australian Defence Industry programs.
Your core duties include conducting and reporting on sea trials, overseeing shipment coordination and trial setup, collaborating with manufacturers, performing PCB layout work, comprehensive report writing, embedded systems development, signal processing, outlining system requirements, effective customer interaction, and organizing and executing sea trials.
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in Electronics / Mechatronics or related discipline
* Ability to create and interpret engineering data, e.g. circuit diagrams, mechanical drawings, context and data flow diagrams
* Experience in hardware integration, testing and acceptance
* Programming skills in C/C++ and Python
