This is an initial temp contract role with strong potential for a permanent contract.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively search for top retail talent using various methods and platforms.
- Act as a trusted advisor by guiding Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
**You will need**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of the roles and responsibilities within a Retail environment or similar
- The ability to start a role in the next 2 weeks
- A valid visa that allows you to work full-time and accept a permanent contract
- Strong Microsoft skills
