The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Account Manager to join our supportive team based in Yalata, QLD. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales and design teams, along with strategic business partners to promote our product portfolio and sell system solutions to our direct and indirect customers. A specific focus will be in driving primary demand via project tracking and securing specifications as well as developing relationships with distributors, contractors and commercial builders.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Achievement of sales budget and KPI's – includes new product growth
* Actively source project specifications
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
* Provide technical support to both direct and indirect customers
* Work collaboratively with Rondo management and other departments across the business
* Site inspections to ensure systems have been installed as per design specification
* Enforce and follow WH&S, quality, and environmental procedures
The Successful Candidate
To be successful in this role you will be a strong team player with a can-do attitude. You will have a background in the commercial construction sector and a demonstrated track record in account management and/or pre-sales achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
In addition to the above ideally you will have:
* Experience in commercial construction and/or structural engineering highly regarded
* Knowledge of light gauge roll formed steel products and their design highly regarded
* Ability to understand building systems and construction drawings
* Advanced communication skills with strong attention to detail
* Experience with CRM systems and MS Office suite
