We are seeking a motivated and collaborative People & Culture Coordinator to join us on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, reporting to the National People & Culture Manager. This role is perfect for someone with strong relationship‑building skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional people support. You’ll be a trusted partner to leaders and team members, contribute to key P&C initiatives, and help shape programs that support Opal’s strategic direction. As a People & Culture Coordinator, you will: First‑level support for leaders and team members on HR matters Assist with grievances, policy interpretation and escalation Coordinate P&C projects, communication and training programs Maintain strong relationships across our homes and support office Support ER/IR processes, reporting and compliance Create resources, tools and content to uplift people capability About You: Tertiary qualifications in HR, People & Culture, or a related field Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to multitask, prioritise and problem‑solve High attention to detail and confidentiality Experience supporting customers or internal stakeholders
