Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clear and accurate information about claims, entitlements, and next steps
* Respond to enquiries from stakeholders via phone, email, or written correspondence
* Assist with administrative tasks related to claims, such as updating contact details or following up on documentation
Requirements:
* Experience in workers compensation – mandatory
* Relevant tertiary qualification in business or a related field; or equivalent experience
* Ability to analyse and interpret statistical data
* Understanding of key performance indicators
