Job Specification
As Pharmacist in Charge, you'll lead a small but dedicated team in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care. You'll work closely with a small dispensary and front‑of‑shop team. This is a forward‑dispensing pharmacy with a strong focus on customer service, vaccinations, and professional services.
Duties include checking a low volume Webster packs prepared by techs and administering vaccinations. You'll be the sole pharmacist on duty during your roster, spread across four weekdays and Saturday mornings.
Skills Required
* Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a community pharmacy setting
* Accreditation to vaccinate
* Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
* Experience with professional services and forward dispensing
Salary & Benefits
From $55/hour, with final rate negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits may be offered for the right candidate. Immediate start available.
