About the Role
As a Service Concierge at Wollongong Mazda, you will be the face & voice of our Service Department, ensuring every customer who walks through our doors receives outstanding care.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Provide outstanding customer service, by meeting and greeting customers on their arrival.
- Direct customers for vehicle servicing, repairs, and parts purchasing
- Addressing customer enquiries; offering assistance or directing them as needed in a professional manner
- Liaising with our Service Advisors and workshop staff to understand and communicate customer needs and updates
- Ensuring all customers receive the highest standard of service.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Have a passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
- The highest possible standard of customer service skills.
- Willingness to go above and beyond in the pursuit of customer satisfaction.
- The ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Current Driver’s License.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
