Accuracy Control Specialist
This role is responsible for delivering programme accuracy control management plans. It involves developing, implementing, and auditing compliance with stakeholders the dimensional control standard, working with subcontractor dimensional control organisations, and ensuring dimensional control activities adhere to project delivery plans and quality management systems.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop project accuracy control plans with stakeholders
* Lead proactive quality assurance activities to ensure dimensional and accuracy control processes are consistently applied by suppliers
* Monitor supplier dimensional control operations and accuracy control tests and inspections
* Manage non-conformance processes, including identification, documentation, and resolution of issues in IFS
The ideal candidate will have a diploma or higher qualification in naval architecture, marine engineering, quality control, quality assurance, or related discipline, and minimum 5 years' experience in shipbuilding or in an accuracy control role.
