We are currently seeking an experienced A-Grade Electrician to join our team as a Service Electrician – BESS. You’ll service and maintain our fleet of Battery Energy Storage Systems across Australia while supporting production at our Bayswater factory. About the Role Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades on BESS installations Commission, test, and service large-scale commercial, industrial, and grid-connected battery systems Support factory assembly, wiring, and testing of BESS units, including quality control and pre-delivery inspections Provide technical support to customers and field teams, including after-hours incident response Ensure compliance with safety, electrical, and ISO standards About You Current A-Grade Electrical Licence (VIC) Hands-on experience with BESS, inverters, batteries, or industrial electrical systems Experience with PLCs, SCADA, and control systems highly desirable HV Operator/Switching certification advantageous Willingness to travel interstate and participate in after-hours/on-call roster Strong customer service skills, problem-solving ability, and safety focus Must have current Australian working rights What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Training, career development, and a supportive team environment Exposure to innovative renewable energy technology How to Apply: Click Apply Now and submit your resume.
