Higgins Coatings is a proud family‐owned business with an national footprint and 75 years of industry leadership.As Branch Manager,you'll take ownership of our Cairns operation—setting the commercial direction,growing revenue and margin, and building trusted relationships with key clientsacross the region.

About You
* Proven experienceleading and developing a small to mid‐sized team
* Strongconsultative (solution) selling in B2B, ideally with longer sales cycles
* Experience incommercial painting, facilities maintenance, construction or a trade‐basedservices environment (or closely related).
* Comfortable managingmultiple jobs/projects at once—planning, prioritising and keeping customersinformed.
* Commercial andfinancial acumen: quoting and tendering, WIP management, contractadministration, and confidence reading and actioning P&L results, budgetsand targets.
