Learning Experience Designer
We're seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join our team. This role is all about crafting engaging digital learning experiences that drive skills development and capability growth.
As a key member of our instructional design team, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality learning solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders. You'll work closely with subject matter experts to transform complex content into interactive, user-friendly learning materials that make a real impact.

Key qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
* Proven experience in instructional design, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs.
* Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
