We are looking for a Business System Lead to join our Group IT team. This newly created role is pivotal in administering, supporting, and resolving technical challenges across a range of core group business applications. Based at our Head Office in Victoria Park, Perth, you will play a key role in supporting critical business functions and driving technological advancements that align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and Inspire: Develop, lead, and mentor a talented team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Partner with Stakeholders: Engage closely with stakeholders to understand operational needs, prioritise demand, and deliver system solutions that drive measurable business value.
* Service Accountability: Ensure core business applications operate reliably and efficiently through effective support, optimisation, and continuous enhancement.
* Technical Direction & Escalation: Provide senior technical oversight for complex issues, ensuring quality, resilience, and scalability across platform.
What you'll bring
* Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge across enterprise business applications, including Microsoft SharePoint and ideally ServiceNow, with the ability to provide architectural guidance, configuration oversight, and complex issue resolution.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams, creating a collaborative and supportive work environment.
* Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated capability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that.
* Problem-Solving Expertise: A proactive problem solver with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
