Job Role
The SA Pub Group operates four hotel venues across South Australia, with a team of approximately 200 dedicated hospitality professionals.
Main Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with gaming and liquor legislation in South Australia.
* Manage group and individual venue financial performance, maintaining tight cost controls for financial efficiency and sustainability.
* Review and approve payroll, invoices, supplier payments, and target margins for each venue.
* Travel regularly to each venue, increasing involvement during peak seasonal periods.
* Manage HR functions, providing support and resolving staff issues.
* Form and maintain relationships with key industry bodies and major suppliers.

* Senior hospitality management experience in multi-venue hotel operations.
