**Position: Groundsman**
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Dragging and processing branches, feeding them through chippers to produce mulch.
Operating various machinery, including chippers, chainsaws, stump grinders, and other equipment, as needed.
Clearing job sites of debris, leaves, and branches to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
Assisting arborists in job setup, including equipment preparation and ensuring site safety.
Following all safety guidelines, wearing protective gear, and ensuring all tasks are performed with safety as the top priority.
Supporting team members in rigging and lowering limbs and tree sections as directed.
Assisting in loading trucks and removing green waste from job sites.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or tree servicing is highly valued but not required.
Physical strength and stamina, as the role involves heavy lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
A commitment to safe work practices and an understanding of basic safety protocols.
Truck license (preferred but not required)
A valid driver’s license
Ability to follow instructions, work well in a team, and communicate effectively.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to supporting the crew.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
