Role Overview
We're seeking a sales driven and customer-focused internal sales Representative for a role that blends both internal sales support and customer service management across the Perth Metro area. This role is ideal for a sales professional who has experience head hunting and cold calling with a background in trade supply, metals, or industrial sales, looking to further develop their career with a high-performing team and a stable, reputable business.
Role Responsibilities
* Manage an existing portfolio of clients while proactively identifying new business opportunities within the Perth Metro region.
* Provide end-to-end sales support from quoting and order management to relationship building.
* Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions from a wide range of steel products.
* Collaborate with colleagues, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
* Stay up to date with market trends, product developments, and competitor activity.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, construction, or metals-related industries.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first mindset.
* Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently in the field and collaboratively within a team.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up on leads, and close sales effectively.
* A valid driver's licence is essential (company car provided).
Salary and Benefits
Base $80k - $90k | Super 12% | Bonus
