Senior Mental Health Social Worker
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Mental Health Social Worker. As a Senior Mental Health Social Worker, you will provide effective mental health support in alignment with the Department of Community Mental Health and Defence Mental Health Services.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
* Providing high-quality mental health services in support of designated departments and services
* Contributing to the development of service delivery models and suggesting initiatives to improve practices
* Managing patient caseloads according to established guidelines and processes
* Suggesting changes in policy or practice that would enhance services for patients or carers
