Role Overview
The Future Student Advisor - Schools State Lead will be responsible for developing and executing an engagement plan for their assigned territory, focusing on building strong relationships with key contacts within the territory to drive student recruitment.
This is a field-based business development role that requires a strong ability to work autonomously and navigate complex sales environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in sales or similar roles.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the engagement plan for the territory, segmenting and prioritizing high schools and contacts
* Build relationships with key contacts within the territory to sell TGE Australia's entities and gain quality leads from Year 10 to Year 12 students
* Actively gather and document all supporting documents required to create a compliant record
* Ensure lead, account, and enrolment data is collected and accurate at all times
* Participate in team meetings, Open Days & Information Sessions when required by the Student Recruitment Manager

Requirements
* Tertiary qualification (desirable)
* 2-5 years + experience in a sales role, ideally field-based
* Intermediate to advanced competency in the use of MS Word and MS Excel
* Competent in the use of content management systems (Salesforce)
* Admissions experience within HE and/or VET sector (advantageous)
* Marketing experience also well regarded
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Strong relationship development and management skills
* Ability to give direction and follow instruction
* Self-starter - ability to work autonomously in a self-driven environment
* Successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets
