The Roles
Are you a hospitality leader with a passion for exceptional service and fine wine? This new Fine Dining Restaurant is on the lookout for a Manager & Sommelier to take our guest experience to the next level. You will have been working in the industry and have the relevant experience in a Fine Dining, award‑winning venues and be able to assist the owners in the following:
* Managing FOH financial costs and daily banking and reports
* Overseeing opening and closing procedures with the support of your team
* Leading the front‑of‑house team, creating seamless, memorable dining experiences
* Drive operational excellence while mentoring and developing your team
* Managing enquiries, events, and special occasions
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will bring the following:
* Relevant qualifications in Hospitality / RMLV / RSA
* Strong product knowledge
* Proficiency with POS, rostering, and reservation systems
* Dynamic, energetic, and hands‑on leadership style
