As an Area Manager, you'll support and lead Café Managers across several locations, ensuring strong operational performance, excellent customer service, and consistent brand standards. Reporting to the Executive Café Manager, you'll play a key role in developing leaders, improving operations, and driving results across the café network. This hands‐on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality, enjoys developing people, and takes pride in delivering operational excellence across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support Café Managers across multiple locations
* Drive operational consistency, service standards, and brand presentation
* Monitor sales, labour, and store performance, identifying improvement opportunities
* Support managers with team development, recruitment, and training
* Maintain high standards in store presentation, compliance, and guest experience
* Use reports and operational systems to track results and drive accountability
* Contribute to Managers' Workshops and leadership development
* Champion continuous improvement and Lean practices across cafés
About You
* Experience as an Area Manager, Multi‐Site Manager, or Senior Hospitality Manager
* Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building abilities
* Strong understanding of hospitality operations, labour management, and store performance
* Experience using Microsoft 365, rostering, and operational systems
* Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
