The Roles
We are seeking two Chefs or Cooks to join our Kitchen team at Terrey Hills:
1 x Full-Time Chef/Cook
1 x Casual Chef/Cook
Reporting to the Kitchen Manager / Head Chef, you will be responsible for delivering daily food production, maintaining food safety and hygiene requirements, and supporting kitchen operations. The ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong organisation, and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and deliver high-quality food for our venue
* Support menu execution and assist with service improvements
* Maintain strict compliance with Food Safety regulations
* Operate and care for brand-new kitchen equipment and facilities
* Contribute to a positive kitchen culture and excellent customer experiences

Qualifications
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent trade qualification) for Chef roles
* Prior experience in kitchen or café operations is essential
* Food Safety Supervisor, Food Handling and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistent quality
