About The Role (Part‐Time – Mondays & Wednesdays)
* Build your healthcare career in a trusted clinical environment, supporting specialist outpatient services.
* Take ownership of patient coordination – manage bookings, referrals, and triaging processes with autonomy.
* Develop financial administration expertise – oversee Medicare billing, reconciliations, and contribute to quarterly reporting.
* Strengthen your operational skills – support meetings, documentation, and departmental workflow improvements.
* Become a key team member – provide high‐level administrative support and be the go‐to person for patient enquiries.
