Technicians are responsible for ensuring completion of all IT tasks in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including undertaking site visits and Field Service requests, as required.

A personable nature with the ability to relay information in person and over the phone.
Experience and/or Qualifications
Problem solving mindset
Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of basic hardware is required.
