This role offers the chance to work alongside outstanding lawyers on a portfolio of complex, high-value property, construction and hospitality matters. The work is sophisticated, fast-paced and highly visible - providing exposure to projects and assets that define the Australian market.
You will be a trusted legal advisor across some of the most significant and recognisable developments in Australia and Western Australia, delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice in a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Providing strategic legal advice across property, construction, and hospitality projects in WA and nationally
Drafting, negotiating and advising on complex contracts, tenders and project documentation
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers to drive successful outcomes
This role will suit a driven, commercially astute lawyer with approximately 8–15 years' PAE, gained within a top-tier or national law firm and/or a high-calibre in-house environment. You will be motivated by working at the highest level, alongside lawyers who are leaders in their field.
You will be joining one of the most sought-after in-house legal teams in the market, at a time of sustained growth and increasing profile.
