As a Farm Supervisor at Wilmar Sugar and Renewables, you'll be responsible for performing duties associated with the growing of sugar cane and other rotation crops.

Your Role in Action
- Sweet Success: Decide and perform agricultural tasks such as land preparation, planting, drainage, recognition of pest and diseases and correct application and use of chemicals and fertilisers.
- Supervise & Comply: Mentor and guide field hands and ensure contractor compliance. Assist/facilitate training and inductions as required.
- Accuracy in Action: Manage administrative tasks such as emailing, quotes, PO requests, timesheets, fuel usage, delivery dockets, reporting, GR invoices, and on-farm purchasing to ensure cost-effective reporting and compliance with Willmar's requirements.
- Smooth Operator: Operate, service and conduct basic maintenance on any tractor, truck or vehicle to the specified standard. Carry out basic workshop skills including basic repairs, minor welding, oxy cutting and grinding.
- Safety Guardian: Show a strong commitment to safety.
Your Winning Combination
The successful applicant must be a strong communicator, have prior agricultural experience in a similar role, hold a "C" Class Drivers Licence and show a practical understanding and knowledge of farming operations technology.
