* Salary Classification: Administration Officer Level 3, Year 1-2
* Remuneration: $34.46 - $35.54 per hour + superannuation + annual leave loading + salary packaging options + RDOs
THE ROLE:
The Administration Officer provides accurate administrative and transactional services for the surgical services team under the supervision of a Nurse Manager. The role involves data entry, scheduling, and documentation support, with some independence required.
DUTIES:
* Data entry for unit rosters into IT systems
* Assist in producing reports on finance and quality indicators
* Schedule meetings, maintain records, and note attendance
* Participate in profiling, accreditation, and incident management
* Maintain staff credentialing register
* Assist with staff replacements as directed

ABOUT YOU:
* Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent
* IPM knowledge
* Excellent communication skills, including spelling, comprehension, confidence in speaking, and courteous interaction
* Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
* Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment
* Ability to develop strong working relationships
