Job Description:
As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of massage and body treatments using leading skin care brands. You will excel as a therapist by providing a level of service that ensures our guests leave the spa feeling relaxed, refreshed, and renewed. Ensure all treatment rooms are replenished & cleaned after each treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform a wide range of luxurious spa treatments, including massages, facials, and specialty therapies, with exceptional skill and attention to detail
* Maintain a thorough understanding of spa products, techniques, and industry trends to ensure you provide cutting-edge services
* Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations
* Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the spa environment
* Contribute to the overall ambiance and atmosphere of the spa, fostering a serene and relaxing experience for all guests
Requirements:
* Diploma or nationally recognized qualification in one or more forms of massage
* Qualifications in beauty therapy, highly regarded
* Experience within a spa environment, preferably in a 5-star facility
* Ability to drive retail sales within the spa operation
* Good communication skills, with positive and professional attitude
