This role is responsible for the effective planning and execution of our trade calendar, optimising customer experience and improving funnel metrics.Key responsibilities include:Ensuring that we are maximizing the effectiveness of our new ecommerce platform by optimising customer experience and increasing ROIIncreasing online store margin’s by optimising the shopping experience using effective trade and merchandising strategiesLead ecommerce projects by gathering technical requirements, coordinating development efforts, and leading user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of website enhancements, integrations and BAU backlogDelivering actionable insights into trade performance and the wider team to enable quick identification of opportunities or challenges and pivot the plan accordingly.Manage all weekly and monthly reporting for the online store across all main KPIs.Oversee and mentor the Ecommerce CoordinatorWork in partnership with internal teams to understand who our customers are and how we can optimise the media and onsite experience to increase acquisition and conversion of high value customers.Drive our partner / co-op opportunities to increase revenue streams, providing feedback through analysis and looking for ways to optimise the partnershipsWork in collaboration with buying and marketing, planning the trade calendar and work with the ecommerce coordinator to effectively implement campaigns that enhance the online store experienceSkills and Experiences:The successful candidate will have:3+ years ecommerce experienceAbility to manage the balance between customer and commercials outcomesGood technical understanding help drive the roadmap forwardStrong project management skills (website migration experience a plus)Strong experience in ecommerce platforms with a deep understanding of metrics and drivers (Adobe commerce is a plus)Solid understanding of SEO best practices for ecommercePositive can-do attitude and prioritisation capabilityExcellent collaboration and stakeholder management skillsHighly analytical thinkingExperience with HTML is a plusGA4 experience is essentialWhen applying for the role please include a cover letter addressing the key responsibilities and skills required.
