The OpportunityWe are seeking experienced Site and Project Engineers capable of operating with autonomy in live civil environments.
You will be involved in:Package ownership and subcontractor coordinationProgram input and short-term planningCost monitoring and forecasting supportContract administration and variation developmentClient and stakeholder interfaceRisk identification and mitigation
This is a delivery-focused role suited to engineers who take responsibility for outcomes.
About YouYou will demonstrate:3–8+ years’ experience in civil infrastructure deliveryExperience within contractor environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skillsSound engineering judgement and structured decision-makingCommercial awareness and disciplined reporting
Qualifications & Registration:Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related disciplineHold or Eligibility for RPEQ registration (desirable)
Highly regarded:DTMR project experienceFull lifecycle subdivision deliveryExposure to regional or remote project environments
