The Location
Rosebrook, a beautiful 91 bed residential aged care facility is located at the base of Arthurs Seat in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. Bolton Clarke's Rosebrook provides high-quality aged care in a friendly, secure and comfortable residential environment.
The Job
* To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care, assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
* Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
* Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
