What You'll Be Doing
* Responding to phone, email, online, and in‐person enquiries with professionalism and empathy
* Assisting residents with council services, programmes and information
* Maintaining accurate records and data to support high‐quality service delivery
* Using systems including Infor Pathway to manage customer requests, records and service enquiries
* Supporting projects, initiatives and process improvements to enhance the customer experience
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in customer service or a client‐facing role (local government experience highly regarded)
* Experience using customer management systems such as Infor Pathway or Technology One
* Robust communication and interpersonal skills with a calm, professional approach
* A positive, adaptable, and solution‐focused mindset
* Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
* A genuine passion for helping people and contributing to the community

* Current National Police Check
* Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
