Role Summary**
* Provide timely and accurate financial information on request enabling analysis and review of company performance.
* Provide product costs for both internal and External customers.
* Update and maintain finished product and component costs in SAP.
* Working closely with Finance Manager and Site Finance Lead in the provision of timely and accurate production variance reporting to Senior management and Corporate reporting requirements.
* Completion the Annual Standard Costing and Plan process
* along with calculating standards for new products as they
* arise throughout the year.
* This position is also responsible for providing and assisting
* Managers throughout the site with Cost Improving (CI) Lean
* finance business partnering support including metric analysis.
* Provide LEs (Latest Best Estimates) for production variances (MUV, PPV).
Role Responsibilities
* Prepare MUV Analysis and drive weekly outcomes.
* Prepare Monthly Headcount Reconciliation and Reporting.
* Support and provide detailed analysis relating to Direct Labour, Monthly Full Time, Fixed Term and Casual Employees, and WIP.
* Plan/ Latest Best Estimates Vs Actual Production.
* Throughput and Variance Forecasts.
* Overhead recovery analysis by Molecule & production stage.
* Provide Weekly plan vs Actual monthly output reporting and analysis by SKU & Molecule.
* Actively contribute towards Cost per vial reduction initiatives.
* Utilize Imex tools & Methodologies.
* Provide data relating to, WIP, MDFs, and Manufacturing Variances, Weekly Gemba within Factory with purpose.
* Monitor PC1 and R&D inventory and reallocate.
* Perform Adhoc Costing Analysis duties.
* PC1 development trials journal, Reallocation of any PC1 samples, Wip journal and commentary for manufacturing variances.
* Provide detailed analysis and reporting of Material
* Usage & Purchase Price Variance (MUV & PPV). (Both Month & YTD).
* Serve as back-up to support and assist in the preparation of Month end including Inventory reserve when required.
* Serve as back-up to support and assist with the data analysis and preparation of head count reporting when required.
* Serve as back-up to support and assist with the data analysis and preparation RIDS, Inventory when required.
* Serve as back up for month end tasks such as Inventory reserve, also dissecting the internally sourced API from the inventory reserve for GMX.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Accounting - CPA or CA preferred
* Experience in Product costing and financial accounting & Management Accounting, Inventory Mgt
* Financial modeling and analytical skills.
* MS Office Programs
* Advanced level in Microsoft Excel
* Intermediate/Advanced Office
* Knowledge of ABC costing methodology and Hands on experience using ERP system.
* Ability to ensure all deadlines are met.
* Ability to liaise within all levels of the business
* Team co-operation fostered and assistance volunteered to co-workers.
* Ability to adapt to the changing demands of the Finance department.
* Knowledge of many roles within the Finance department.
