We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning and Logistics Engineer to lead a small team delivering coal quality and logistics optimisation through effective quality control and accurate blending forecasts to meet customer demand.

About you:
* Degree qualified in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Processing, or Geology
* Experience in coal logistics, supply chain coordination and coal blending optimisation
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability
* Proficient in MS Office, with experience using data analytics or logistics software
* Collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor and develop others
* Strong focus on safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
