Manage Front Desk Operations with Excellence

* Welcome and schedule appointments for clients.
* Respond to emails, phone calls and in-person inquiries with professionalism.
* Maintain accurate client records, including private health fund accounts and insurance claims.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to every client.
2. Manage schedules and respond to client queries efficiently.
3. Process invoices and receipts accurately.
4. Ensure confidentiality and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

* At least one year of experience in a front desk or administration role.
* Scheduling skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A well-groomed, compassionate and caring demeanor.
