The Role
As Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead the organisation’s commercial engine, bringing together Sales, Marketing, Channel Development and Execution into one unified strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, you will have direct responsibility for three high-performing teams and play a critical role in unlocking future growth.
This role is ideal for a visionary leader with deep commercial acumen, a strong track record of revenue growth, and a proven ability to build brands, lead teams, and shape market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the company’s overarching commercial strategy
* Drive sales excellence across national accounts, key partners, and multi-channel opportunities
* Lead marketing and brand initiatives to enhance consumer engagement and loyalty
* Oversee channel and execution functions, ensuring seamless go-to-market strategies
* Build strong top-to-top customer relationships and represent the business externally
* Collaborate with Finance and the broader Executive team to meet revenue and profitability targets
* Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture within the commercial division
About You:
* 10–15+ years of commercial leadership experience, ideally in premium FMCG or related consumer sectors
* Proven success in leading high-performing Sales and Marketing teams
* Strong strategic mindset and ability to execute in complex and fast-paced environments
* Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* A natural collaborator with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels
* A degree in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA desirable
