Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
Leading installation and maintenance activities onsite with customers
Troubleshooting issues and ensuring safe, compliant installations and startups
Providing technical direction to internal teams and skilled labour to ensure safety, compliance, and quality
Overseeing overhaul, troubleshooting, and commissioning of rotating equipment and products at customer sites
Preparing and updating technical documentation, plans, and briefing reports for customers and internal teams
Ensuring internal training, compliance, and quality documentation are updated and completed per company standards
Managing company digital tools for technical documents, packing lists, bills of material, and drawings
About You
The company is looking for:
0 to 2 years of experience in energy, oil and gas, or similar environment
Electrical Technical degree, Engineering degree, or Certificate IV with suitable experience
Australian Electrical License
Basic knowledge of installation and maintenance of rotating equipment
Strong customer service orientation and ability to guide customers through decisions
Skilled at communicating complex technical information to diverse audiences
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
Current passport and readiness to travel up to 70%, including offshore facilities
