You'll work closely with respected senior property practitioners and major Australian clients, gaining hands-on experience across significant matters valued at $30M+.
Your Day Will Involve
Acting on commercial property acquisitions and disposals
Drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial, industrial and retail leases
Assisting with due diligence for development and investment transactions
Managing general property advisory matters for a diverse client base
Running files with growing autonomy while receiving guidance from senior property specialists
Working directly with clients, stakeholders and counterparties on active matters

1–3 years PAE in property law within a reputable firm

A proactive approach and a willingness to continue developing your capability
