Job Title:
Proposal Coordinator
About the Role:
The Proposal Coordinator is a key member of our team responsible for developing compelling proposals and interview presentations to win work for our firm. This role requires collaboration with project managers to compile proposal information while meeting requirements laid out in the RFP. Additionally, the coordinator will assist with reviewing proposals for correct grammar, printing and shipping hard copies, and tracking proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with internal consulting teams and external partners to develop proposals
* Analyze RFP requirements and ensure proposals meet those standards
* Develop proposals using Word templates
* Review and proofread proposals
* Produce and ship hard copy proposal documents
* Format interview presentations using PowerPoint templates
* Customize staff resumes, project experience descriptions, and firm capability summaries
* Organize and maintain proposal materials, including keeping proposal files up to date
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or certificate in Marketing, Business, English, or related field
* Proven attention to detail
* Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint
* Strong proofreading, editing, and reading comprehension skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with staff across multiple time zones
* Ability to meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous proposal development or consulting experience
* Technical writing/editing experience
* Marketing experience
