About the Role
Reporting to the Southern Area Manager, you will oversee sales, staff development, branch performance, and community engagement while upholding company values.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead and manage branch operations in line with business plans and budgets
* Drive sales, profitability, and cross‑selling opportunities across all products
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
* Manage and develop staff through coaching, performance management, and training
* Ensure compliance with safety, risk management, and company policies
Education / Experience / Skills
* Several years' experience in agribusiness, with proven success in sales and branch management
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams
* Advanced client relationship, communication, and negotiation skills
