Position
Teacher – French and/or Italian
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons in French and/or Italian for students from Years 7 to 12, fostering fluency, communication skills, and an appreciation of the languages and cultures.
* Align teaching with the College's mission and values; be responsible for curriculum planning and assessment; integrate technology to enhance language acquisition.
* Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills and build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
* Collaborate within the Languages Department to support holistic student development and contribute to the broader life of the College.
* Participate in extracurricular activities such as language clubs, cultural events, and study tours to provide enriching experiences beyond the classroom.
* Teach French and/or Italian; applicants who can teach one or both languages and other subjects are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Applicants must have a current registration as a teacher with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA).
* On appointment, successful applicants will require a Working with Children Check (WWC).
