Flex Physiotherapy is looking for a part‑time physiotherapist to work in both our Murdoch and Mount Lawley rooms. At least 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience is strongly preferred.
Role Overview
This part‑time position consists of 3–4 days per week, starting in March 2026. It offers a very varied caseload with primary focus on upper‑limb musculoskeletal/orthopaedic outpatients, but also includes some orthopaedic inpatients, lower‑limb and spinal cases, and complex/chronic pain scenarios.
What the role will involve
* Extremely varied caseload – mainly upper‑limb MSk/ortho outpatients, with occasional lower‑limb and spinal work.
* Opportunity to develop expert thermoplastic splinting skills.
* Competitive hourly pay rate, commensurate with experience and expertise.
* Some flexibility in working days and hours to fit personal schedules.
* Exposure to acute trauma cases, including radiology referral and interpretation.
* Collaboration with upper‑limb orthopaedic surgeons.
* Occasional off‑site consults for gym rehabilitation (compensable patients).
* Structured in‑house professional development and training programme throughout your tenure.
* Weekly one‑on‑one mentoring with experienced physiotherapists/hand therapists.
* Support for additional professional development opportunities.
Candidate Profile
* 1+ year(s) experience in MSk private practice and/or hand therapy and/or outpatient/inpatient orthopaedics.
* Demonstrated commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
