B.Pure Australia Pty Ltd is a fast-growing health supplement company operating across Australia and Vietnam. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, science-backed products to customers worldwide. As we expand, we are seeking a capable and experienced Accounts Manager to lead our finance operations, oversee international subsidiaries, and support ERP system optimization.
Role Summary
The Accounts Manager will be responsible for leading a small accounting team to manage day-to-day finance operations, ensure accuracy in reporting, maintain regulatory compliance, and collaborate across functions. This role also plays a key part in overseeing our Vietnam subsidiary's finance team and bridging ERP implementation requirements across both regions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Operations & Transaction Oversight
- Supervise and review daily accounting tasks including sales, purchases, accounts receivable/payable.
- Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of transactions across Australian and Vietnamese operations.
- Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of MISA (Vietnam) and ERP (Dynamics 365) financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review and board submission.
- Ensure full compliance with ATO, ASIC, and Vietnamese local government regulations.
- Assist with annual tax reporting and GST returns, and statutory compliance.
3.ERP System Implementation & Optimization
- Work with stakeholders and consultants to identify ERP gaps and optimize system workflows.
4.Subsidiary Management (Vietnam)
- Oversee financial performance and compliance of B.Pure Vietnam.
- Review and consolidate reports ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Provide remote support to the Vietnam accounts team.
5.Financial Planning, Budgeting & Internal Audit
- Develop and monitor budgets; control expenses within approved limits.
- Identify financial risks and conduct internal audits.
- Provide insights on cash flow, margin, and cost management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 6+ years in accounting, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Knowledge of Australian standards, ATO compliance, and reporting.
- Experience with multinational companies or managing subsidiaries is a plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- 6 Months probationary period
