About the role:
Hudson Recruitment is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee the exciting 3-month build of a new community pool in North West NSW. The project is currently at the tender review stage, with construction set to commence shortly. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a significant project that will benefit the local community.
About the Project:
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the community pool construction project, from the current tender review stage through to completion and handover.
This includes:
* Overseeing contractors and consultants.
* Managing project budgets and timelines.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Stakeholder and community management and communication.
* Risk management and problem-solving.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within local councils.
* Proven experience building public or large private pools.
* Experience working in regional communities.
* Experience managing projects from inception to completion.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Willing to relocate for the duration of this project to North West NSW. (Accommodation provided).
