We're seeking reliable, hardworking casualKitchen Handsto support our fast-paced kitchen team. You will play a key role in delivering quality meals across daily dining, boarding and special events, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food preparation.
Start Date:Term 2, commencing 20 April

Your responsibilities:
* Keep kitchen areas clean, organised and hygienic
* Handle dishwashing, waste disposal and stock rotation
* Keep the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently
* Assist with stocking supplies and preparing the kitchen for daily service or school functions
Your attributes:
* Highly organised, able to work efficiently, adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
* Committed to maintaining high standards of food quality, service and hygiene
* Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
* Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn
* Ability to work flexible hours including morning, evenings and weekends as required
Your experience:
* Previous work in a kitchen, café, restaurant or catering environment is an advantage
* Familiarity with food hygiene, safety and cleaning standards
* Efficiently managed dishwashing, waste disposal, and stock rotation to maintain kitchen standards
* Working in fast-paced or team-oriented environments
* Any exposure to catering kitchens is a bonus but not essential
* Current Working With Children Check is essentially or willing to obtain one
