Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Sourcing: Utilize innovative techniques to identify passive and active talent.
* Hiring Manager Support: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to provide expert advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
* Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive landscapes to inform our talent strategy.
* Process Improvement: Contribute to and optimize our recruitment processes, leveraging AI-driven tools for maximum impact.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist or Consultant, preferably within a fast-paced technology or software environment.
* Demonstrable success in recruiting for Go-to-Market roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) is a significant advantage.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities effectively.
