About the Role
As our Customer Service Manager – QLD, you'll own a portfolio of clients, cleaners and subcontractors across metro and regional Queensland. You'll be the face of Cleancorp in the field, keeping standards high, relationships strong, and operations humming.
This is a field-based role with plenty of travel (including at least one regional trip per month). You'll also be responsible for quoting and upselling one-off cleans and periodicals, with commission paid on what you close.

What You'll Be Doing
Delivering legendary service
* Own your client relationships - regular site visits, follow-ups, and next-level service.
* Resolve challenges before they ever become problems.
Leading cleaning performance
* Build great working relationships with your cleaning teams.
* Deliver feedback and coaching that actually helps people improve, and makes them feel supported.
Keeping standards sky-high
* Conduct regular audits and safety checks - nothing gets past your eye.
* Ensure Cleancorp's quality, safety and environmental benchmarks are always met.
Spotting & closing opportunities
* Quote and secure one-off and periodic work within your patch.
* You'll have sales targets - and you'll earn commission.
Managing your territory like a boss
* Maintain CRM and audit data (Salesforce).
* Own your schedule, comms, reports, and documentation.

About You
You're organised, positive, resilient, and you love getting things done properly. You're as confident on-site as you are in a Zoom meeting, and you love working in an environment where the bar is high and the feedback is real.
Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents to be eligible for this position.
Here's what you bring:
Previous experience managing a B2B portfolio in the commercial cleaning industry in a customer service role.
Strong people skills - with clients, cleaners, subbies, and your team
Natural problem-solver with a "how can we fix this" mindset
Proactive, accountable and able to manage your own time like a pro
A solid communicator - clear, kind and honest
Willing and able to travel regularly, including to regional QLD You must have a full and valid driver's licence to be eligible for this role.
